บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของอาจารย์ในศูนย์เรียนรู้ โครงการมหาวิทยาลัยชีวิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพและความต้องการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของอาจารย์ในศูนย์เรียนรู้ โครงการมหาวิทยาลัยชีวิต ที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนามี 4 ด้าน คือ เทคนิคและวิธีการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ สื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ วัดและประเมินผล และจิตวิทยาการเรียนรู้ผู้ใหญ่ 2) ผลการพัฒนาได้รูปแบบการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของอาจารย์ในศูนย์เรียนรู้ โครงการมหาวิทยาลัยชีวิต ได้ AKLIE Model ประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ สาระความรู้ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ขั้นตอนการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็น (Assessment of Need : A) ขั้นที่ 2 การเข้าถึงความรู้ ( Knowledge Acquisition : K) ขั้นที่ 3 การออกแบบแผนการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ (Learning Plan : L) ขั้นที่ 4 การปฏิบัติการ (Implementation : I) และขั้นที่ 5 การประเมินผล (Evaluation : E) 3) ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ พบว่า 3.1) หลังการใช้รูปแบบอาจารย์มีความรู้ความเข้าใจสูงขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.2) อาจารย์มีทักษะการเขียนแผนการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับดี 3.3) อาจารย์ ประเมินตนเอง พบว่า มีความรู้และทักษะ อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีเจตคติต่อรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ผลการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของอาจารย์อยู่ในระดับดี 5) นักศึกษาพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบในระดับมาก และ 6) กรรมการบริหารโครงการ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบ อยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a model of learning process management for the instructors in the learning centers of the Life University Project. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Four aspects of the management of the instructors’ learning process needed to be developed 1.1) technique and learning process management 1.2) the usage of media and learning resources 1.3) evaluation and assessment 1. 4) adult learning psychology. 2) The model of learning process management for the instructors in the learning centers of life university project was called the AKLIE Model, including the principles, objectives and contents. The 5 steps of the learning process management were as follows: 1) Assessment of Needs : A 2) Knowledge Acquisition : K 3) Learning Plan: L 4) Implementation : I 5) Evaluation : E. 3) The results of the effectiveness study of the model were: 3.1) The results of implementation of this model indicated that after using the model the instructors gain higher knowledge with the statistical significance at the 0.05 level. 3.2) The instructors’ skill in lesson plan writing of learning process management was at a good level. 3.3) The instructors’ self assessment of knowledge, skill and attitude towards the model of learning process management in overall were at high level. 4) The results of the instructors’ learning process management were at good level. 5) The student’s satisfaction with the learning process management of the instructors were at high level. 6) The overall opinions of the project executives, the directors, instructors and the students towards the model of the learning process management were at high level.
