การพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตครูที่พึงประสงค์

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานการพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู 2)ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู 3)ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู 4) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาครู โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) แบบแผนการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experiment Design) โดยวัดผลก่อนและหลังตามกระบวนนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ในชั้นเรียน มีการดำเนินการวิจัยกลุ่มทดลองได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบอาสาสมัคร จากนักศึกษาครูสาขาวิชาสังคมศึกษา จำนวน 19 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับจิตตปัญญาศึกษาก่อนและหลังเรียน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 คุณลักษณะบัณฑิตครูที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษาก่อนและหลังเรียนมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาครูที่มีต่อหลักสูตรรายวิชาจิตตปัญญาศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

This research aimed to study and analyze the foundation on developing a contemplative education course for student teachers, to design and develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of this developed course, employing the Research and Development method, with the mixed methods research and quasi-experiment design. Both pre-test and post-test were conducted in the process of implementing the course in the classroom. The sample group was from 19 volunteer students in the Social Studies Program. The research results revealed a significant difference of knowledge and understanding of this course between the pre-test and post-test at 0.01 level. The desirable characteristics of student teachers, based on the concept of contemplative education, before and after taking the course were significantly different at 0.01 level. The satisfaction of the students toward this course was at the highest level.
