บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารกับการบริหารงบประมาณสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลในภูมิภาคตะวันตก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลในภูมิภาคตะวันตก จำนวน 58 โรง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลในภูมิภาคตะวันตกอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงบประมาณสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลในภูมิภาคตะวันตกอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานการบริหารงบประมาณสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลในภูมิภาคตะวันตกในภาพรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to understand 1) the characteristics of municipal school administrators in western Thailand 2) the school budgeting management in western municipality region, and 3) the relationship between the characteristics of school administrators and the budgeting management in western municipality region. The schools under the jurisdiction of municipalities in western Thailand were the unit of analysis for this study. The sample was taken of 58 schools under the jurisdiction of municipalities in western Thailand. The instruments used for gathering data were questionnaires and interview questions. The data was analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research findings revealed that:

1. The characteristics of school administrators western municipalities as a whole and individual was at a high level.

2. The school budgeting management in western municipalities as a whole and individualy was at a high level.

3. There was a significant correlation of 0.05 between the characteristics of school administrators and the school budgeting management in western municipality region.
