การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบ 1) ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 2) คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 จำนวน 38 โรง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามจำนวน 1 ฉบับ ซึ่งถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดของไวลส์ (Wiles) และเลิฟเฟล (Lovell) และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนตามแนวคิดของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ทักษะการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to indentify the 1) the supervisory skills of administrators 2) desired characteristics of students municipal schools, Region 1, and 3) the relationship between supervisory skills of administrators and the desired characteristics of students in municipal schools in Region 1. The sample used in this research was taken from 38 municipal schools in Region 1. The research instrument used was a questionnaire concerning supervisory skills of administrators, based on Wiles and Lovell, and desired characteristics of students, based on the Ministry of Education. The data was analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient. The research results were: 1) The supervisory skills of administrators in municipal schools, Region 1, as a whole and individually for each item, were found at a high level, 2) The desired characteristics of students in municipal schools, Region 1, as a whole and individually for each item, were found at a high level, and 3) There was a relationship between the supervisory skills of administrators and the desired characteristics of students in municipal schools, Region 1 at .05 level of significance.
