บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดนครปฐม 2) มาตรฐานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดนครปฐม 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการบริหารกับมาตรฐานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 93 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ กรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและผู้ดูแลเด็ก รวม 186 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารตามแนวคิดของลิเคิร์ธ (Likert) และมาตรฐานการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตามแนวคิดของกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่, ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) มาตรฐานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) พฤติกรรมการบริหารของผู้บริหารในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับมาตรฐาน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The three purposes of this research were to understand 1) administrative behaviors of heads of child development centers of Local Administration Organizations in Nakhonpathom, 2) standards in child development center of Local Administration Organization in Nakhonpathom, and 3) the relationships between administrative behaviors and standards in child development center of Local Administration Organization in Nakhonpathom. The sample was taken at 93 child development centers of Local Administration Organization and the respondents were 186 child development center committee members and child care givers. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding administrative behaviors using Likert’s scale. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product - moment correlation coefficient. The finding revealed as follow 1)The administrative behaviors of head of child development center, as whole and individually, were found at a high level. 2) Standards in child development center of Local Administration Organization, as whole and individually, were found at a high level. 3) There was a relationships between the administrative behaviors and Standards in child development center of Local Administration Organization at .01 level of significance.
