Innovation Skill of Bachelor Students in Silpakorn University
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนานักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 392 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการสัมภาษณ์คือ ผู้บริหารด้านกิจการนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 3 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม มีสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งด้านการสื่อสารและความร่วมมือมีความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม ให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษาโดยการคิดอย่างมีเหตุมีผล กระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาเกิดกระบวนการสื่อสารและความร่วมมือผ่านทางกิจกรรม จะช่วยพัฒนาให้นักศึกษาได้เกิดการเรียนรู้ได้รับฟังแนวความคิดที่แปลกใหม่
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) A assessment learning and innovation skill. 2) To study the approach to develop learning. Nethod study in quantitative and qualitative aspects of undergraduate 392 person were selected by grade random. The main information for interviews is executives at student affairs 3 person were selected by choosing special. The statistics to analysing data is frequency percentage. Average standard deviation. Needs index priority PNImodified and content analysis. The results showed that: 1. Needs assessment for the development learning and innovation skill is at medium level in overall medium level, which should be at high level. Communication and cooperation are most. 2. The guidelines to development learning and innovation skill. Should be taught to the university students, which will lead to systematic problem solving. The students to communication and participate in class activities which will let students learn and get ideas.
