บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) วัฒนธรรมองค์การของโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 12) ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานครูเทศบาลโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์การกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 76 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 3 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 1 คน พนักงานครูระดับอนุบาล 1 คน พนักงานครูระดับประถมศึกษา 1 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 228 คนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- วัฒนธรรมองค์การของโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก
- ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานครูเทศบาลโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
- ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์การกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the organization culture of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1 2) the morale of the government
teachers of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1 3) the relationship between the organization culture and the morale of the government teachers of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1. The sample used in this research were 76 schools. The 4 respondents in each school include school director, early childhood teacher and elementary teacher with the total of 228. The statistics used for analyze the data were frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviations, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
The results of this research were found that :
- The organization culture of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1 as a whole and individual were at a high level.
- The morale of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1 as a whole and individual were at a high level.
- The relationship between the organization culture and the morale of the government teachers of the municipal schools in Locally Educational Group 1 was found at .01 level of significance.
