Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของ   นักท่องเที่ยวกับความพึงพอใจในส่วนประสมทางการตลาดของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ดอนหอยหลอด สมุทรสงครามโดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 คือข้อมูลด้านประชากรศาสตร์ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 คือ  ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านสถานที่จัดจำหน่าย ด้านการส่งเสริมการขาย ความพึงพอใจโดยรวมโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยว 400 คนในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวดอนหอยหลอด สมุทรสงคราม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบค่าเอฟ  (F-test) การทดสอบการแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Sheffe ผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้


            นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง 224 คน ร้อยละ 56 อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 20-30 ปี 172 คน ร้อยละ 43 การศึกษาระดับต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี จำนวน 277 คน  ร้อยละ 69.3 อาชีพนักเรียน/นักศึกษา จำนวน 138 คน ร้อยละ 34.5 รายได้ต่อเดือน  8,001-15,000 บาท จำนวน 172 คน ร้อยละ 43 ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านสถานที่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ความพึงพอใจ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และจากการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน พบว่าเพศที่แตกต่างกันของนักท่องเที่ยวทำให้ความพึงพอใจโดยรวมของนักท่องเที่ยวแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 ส่วนอายุที่แตกต่างกันของนักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .012 โดยพิจารณารายด้านแล้ว  พบว่าความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวจะแตกต่างในด้านสถานที่  ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .004 และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .005 ระดับ การศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันของนักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้ความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับ


นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันของนักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้   ความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านแล้วพบว่าด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 ด้านราคา มีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 ด้านสถานที่ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .001 และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 และรายได้ต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันของ นักท่องเที่ยว ทำให้ความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านแล้วพบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000  ด้านราคา มีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000 ด้านสถานที่ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .007 และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .000


This research work aims to compare the personal factors of the tourists with the satisfactions toward the marketing mix at Don Hoi Lot in SamutSongkhram. The research tools were set of questionnaires which were divided into two parts : 1) demographic information of the respondents and 2) the satisfaction of the tourists in terms of product, price,place,promotion, and overall satisfaction. The samples included 400 tourists at Don Hoi Lot in SamutSongkhram. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and pairwise comparison by Sheffe’s method. The following are the results of the study.


            Most of the tourists were female, 224 in number (56%).  The 172 number of them (43%) were aged between 20 and 30. The 277 number of the tourists (69.3%) had an educational level below a bachelor degree, and 138 of them (34.5%) were students. In addition, 172 of them (43%) earned 8,000-15,000 Baht income per month. The overall satisfaction towards the product, price, place, and promotion was in the medium level. According to the hypothesis test, it was found that sex of the tourists affected the overall satisfaction towards the attraction without .05 significance, and age of the tourists affected the overall satisfaction towards the attraction with .012 significance. Considering each aspect, it was found that the satisfaction towards the place differed at .004 significance, and the satisfaction towards the promotion differed at .005 significance. In addition, 


education level of the tourists affected the satisfaction level at .05 significance, and occupation of the tourists affected the satisfaction level at .000 significance. Considering each aspect, it was found that the product contributed .000 significance, the price contributed .000 significance, the place contributed .001 significance, and the promotion contributed .000 significance. Income of the tourists affected the satisfaction level at .000 significance. Considering each aspect, it was found that the product contributed .000 significance, the price contributed .000 significance, the place contributed .007 significance, and promotion contributed .000 significance.
