Abstract

           การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาและ 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
           กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 316 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.93 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดลำดับความต้องการ
จำเป็น (PNIModified)
           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการดำเนินงานที่เป็นจริงของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่ควรจะเป็นของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ตามการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างบุคคล ส่งเสริมให้มีกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาให้ครูมีความรู้ความสามารถ กระบวนการสังเกตการสอนควรมีการวางแผนและปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอ (2) ด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันและประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ การเปิดโอกาสให้ครูได้แสดงศักยภาพของตนเองและสร้างข้อตกลงร่วมกันเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอน (3) ด้านวิสัยทัศน์และค่านิยมร่วมกัน การส่งเสริมให้ครูร่วมกันกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนาผู้เรียน และมุ่งเน้นการทำงานเป็นทีม (4) ด้านการมีเงื่อนไขสนับสนุน การส่งเสริมช่วงเวลาการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ที่ไม่กระทบต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน การเสริมแรง ให้กำลังใจ และการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี (5) ด้านการสนับสนุนและการเป็นผู้นำร่วมกัน สร้างภาวะผู้นำผู้ตามในกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน มอบหมายงานตามความความถนัด และส่งเสริมให้ครูพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตามลำดับ


 


          The research aimed to study: 1) the current and desired states of professional learning communities for small schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 2) the needs for the professional learning communities of small schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province.
          The sample group, selected using Stratified Random Sampling, consisted of 316 administrators and teachers in small schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The research instrument used for collecting data was a dual-response format questionnaire (r=0.93). The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index (PNIModified).


          The research revealed the following findings. 1) the current state of professional learning communities for small schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, as a whole, was at a high level and the desired state was at the highest level. 2) The needs of the professional learning communities for small schools in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province were respectively sorted descending order of the needs as follows. (1) In terms of knowledge sharing, teachers should be encouraged to develop their potentials and plan to do classroom observations systematically and continually. (2) Regarding collaborative learning and knowledge application, opportunities should be provided for teachers to demonstrate their potentials and make an agreement to improve their instructions. (3) With respect to visions and shared values, teachers should be encouraged to participate in goal setting and emphasize on their teamwork. (4) As for contributing conditions, teachers should be supported by preparing available time for their knowledge sharing without affecting their class schedule, reinforcing them, offering moral support and allowing them to be role models for subordinates. (5) With regard to assistance and shared leadership, teachers’ leadership should be enhanced in learner development activities; they should be assigned appropriate jobs, and encouraged to continuously develop
themselves.
