The differences between men and women appear in a variety of ways. One of them is language which is an important tool that humans use to communicate with each other, exchange their ideas and express their emotions. The main objective of this research is a contrastive analysis of linguistic forms of intensifiers that are used by women and men in German and Thai. In this research, the corpus used in this study is the transcription of all the judges' comments which appeared in 62 clips from the blind auditions rounds of The Voice Kids talent shows in Germany and Thailand. The various forms of intensifiers found in the corpus were classified between women and men, in German and Thai. The analysis of the corpus showed that there are mainly five forms of intensifiers used in both languages: intensifying particles, modal particles, adjectives, adverbs and nouns. The most common form in German is adjective, but in Thai is adverb. By contrast, the least common form in German is adverb while that in Thai is intensifying particle. The main difference between the two languages is noun, which appeared only in German. The results of this study showed that language behaviors of women and men, in both languages, can be both similar and different. In German, women use adjective as the most frequent form of intensification. Men use intensifying particles as the main form. In Thai, both men and women used adverbs as the most frequent form.
