THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF RISK MANAGEMENT AFFECTING SCHOOL SUCCESS.

Abstract

This research aims to study 1) the conditions for school principles of risk management that affect school success. 2) analyze the relationship between the school administrations based on the principles of risk management that affect school success. 3) Analysis of the school administration, risk management principles that affect school success. 4) Development of school based on the principles of risk management that affect school success. Population and Samples is School Education Expansion in Northeast. Under the Office of Basic Education. The 20 provinces were randomly each province. One districts, including 20 districts. The data is Director of the School The head teacher of 380 scholars. The research tool is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by analysis of frequency, percentage, standard deviation, mean content analysis Multiple Regression analysis and Path analysis. The research found that: 1. The state of the school administration, risk management principles that affect school success. There is a core component and sub-component 1.School Administration There is one element) academic administration and general 2) budget 3) resource management. 2. Risk Management Education. There are elements: 1) strategic planning 2) operational aspects 3) Financial 4) of regulatory compliance. 3. School Success there are elements: 1) learning management 2) output / results of students 3) Knowledge Skills Teacher 4) the environment is conducive to learning. The results showed a high level of performance in all three areas, the mean score of 4.04.2. The relationship between the school administrations based on the principles of risk management that affect school success consisting of school administration Risk Management Education and School Success there is a positive correlation between the levels of statistical significance .013. Development of a school based on the principles of risk management that affect the success of the Schools Management and risk management for education Correlated with school success Positive statistically significant level.05 and Experts agree on the model developed 100 percent and that there is a possibility of bringing it into practice in a real school Education Expansion 96.80 percent.
