Problem Solving Guidelines in Three Southern Border Provinces Areas of Thailand

Abstract

The problem solving guidelines in the Three Southern Border Provinces should be comprised of these three guidelines as follows: 1) The review of committees structure on problem solving in the Three Southern Border Provinces and working group members of district office which the integration of working and communication between government officer, reporter, chief, and people in the Three Southern Border Provinces are applied and the main host of problem solving should be determined. 2) The independent committees of problem solving in the Three Southern Border Provinces should be appointed in order to continuously emphasize the problem solving in the context although the government and policy planner could have been changed in the central, regional, and local part. 3) The economic development in the Three Southern Border Provinces should be emphasized via the process of social participation in order to create and develop the economy in the Three Southern Border Provinces which the growth should be balanced and corresponded to budget and potential of the three provinces communities. It conduces to the cooperation for creating the better local economy and quality of life. Moreover, it is guideline for peace in the Three Southern Border Provinces and leads to the advanced economic growth.
