Abstract

The research, aimed to presenting the model of academic competency development of Principal of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar. The research method is divided into 3 steps: 1) A study on academic performance and the academic competency development process of the Principal of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand- myanmar. 2) The Development of Academic Capacity Development Model of the Principal of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar and 3) to evaluate the model of academic capacity development of the headmaster of the Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar. The research findings yielded the followings model of academic competency development of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar was composed of 3 elements: 1) The academic performance of the headmaster of the Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar has 5 aspects 2) The development of academic competencies of the Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar has been implemented in 5 sides and 3) The development of academic competencies of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar are 6 ways. The results of the evaluation of the academic competency development model of Border Patrol Police School in Border of Thailand-myanmar were presented to the evaluated by the educational experts regarding by the principle of of Border Patrol Police School in the provinces adjacent to the Thailand- myanmar is very useful at the highest level.
