Abstract

This research aims to : 1) Study the components of information technology management of Rajabhat University. 2) Create  information technology management model of Rajabhat University. 3) Assessment of Information Technology Management Model of Rajabhat University. There are 3 steps to research: 1) study the components of information technology management of Rajabhat University. experts and luminaries as a contributor. A total of 10 persons were selected. Dean, Director, Office of Information Technology, Faculty Staff, Academic Staff, and Support Line of Rajabhat University 540 people. 2) Creation of information technology management model of Rajabhat University. The data was provided by experts and luminaries for 9 expert seminars. 3) Evaluation of information technology management model of Rajabhat Universities. The informant is the director or deputy director of the Faculty of Resource and Information Technology of Rajabhat University 38 people. The instruments used for data collection were 1) semi-structured interviews, 2) information technology administration questionnaires of Rajabhat University. It is a 5-level scale 76 items. 3) Evaluation form the appropriateness of the information technology management model of Rajabhat University. Analyze data by average the deviation of the use of computer program. content analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis. The research found that :There are 4 components of information technology management. Component 1: Organization Management, Component 2: Service Management System, Component 3: Promotion and Innovation, Component 4: Information Technology Management. The information technology management model of Rajabhat University has three components: Input, Process and Output. Evaluation of the Information Technology Management Model of Rajabhat University. The pattern is very accurate. It is very appropriate. There is a high level of possibility and usefulness at a high level.
