ความน่าเชื่อถือในการวัดซ้ำของแบบประเมิน Modified Lower Extremity Functional Scale (Modified LEFS) ฉบับภาษาไทย และความสัมพันธ์กับ Knee Osteoarthritis Outcome Scores (KOOS) ฉบับภาษาไทย, Self-Pace Walk Test และ Timed Up and Go Test ในผู้ที่มีข้อเข่าเสื่อม

บทคัดย่อ

ที่มาและความสำคัญ:ประเทศไทยมีผู้สูงอายุที่มีข้อเข่าเสื่อมมากกว่า 6 ล้านคน ดังนั้นแบบประเมินตนเองที่วัดการเคลื่อนไหวของผู้มีเข่าเสื่อมจึงมีประโยชน์ทางคลินิก ชุมชนและวิจัย


วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือในการวัดซ้ำ และความตรงของ Modified LEFS ภาษาไทยโดยหาความสัมพันธ์กับ KOOS ภาษาไทย (หัวข้อปวด กิจวัตรประจำวัน กีฬาและนันทนาการ) และ 40m-SPWT และ TUG ในผู้มีข้อเข่าเสื่อม


วิธีการวิจัย:ประกอบด้วยการแปล LEFS ต้นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทยแปลกลับและประเมินความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหาเทียบกับต้นฉบับทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือในการวัดซ้ำโดยให้ผู้ร่วมวิจัยตอบ Modified LEFS ภาษาไทย 2 ครั้งภายใน 7 วันทดสอบความสัมพันธ์กับ KOOS ภาษาไทยและทดสอบการเคลื่อนไหวประกอบด้วย 40m-SPWT และ TUG โดยใช้ Pearson correlation coefficient


ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า Modified LEFS ภาษาไทยมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหาสูง (IOC=0.8) และผลจากผู้ร่วมวิจัย 30 คน (หญิง 27 คน เฉลี่ยอายุ 65±8 ปี) พบว่ามีความน่าเชื่อถือในการวัดซ้ำสูง (ICC= 0.83, p<.001) และมีความสัมพันธ์สูงกับ KOOS ภาษาไทยหัวข้อกีฬาและนันทนาการ (r=0.72,p<.001) แต่สัมพันธ์ปานกลางหัวข้อกิจวัตรประจำวัน( r=0.59, p<.001) อาการปวด (r=0.41,p<.05) เช่นเดียวกับ40m-SPWT (r=-0.48,p<.001) และ TUG(r=-0.47,p<.001)


สรุปผล: : Modified LEFS ภาษาไทยสามารถนำมาใช้กับผู้มีข้อเข่าเสื่อมโดยมีความน่าเชื่อถือและความตรงในการวัดการเคลื่อนไหวในระดับที่ยอมรับได้
