Abstract

In the context of rapid change in information technology and the era the Thai government attaches great importance to the digital environment by driving the model of Thailand 4.0. Digital literacy is a key issue for Thailand does not yet have a clear Standard of Digital Literacy for Thai people that can be used as a norm for education and teaching at various levels. This article presents; the importance of digital literacy, Definition, The
relationship of information literacy and digital literacy, Digital knowledge framework, and the level of digital literacy.
