Information and communication technology are going to play an increasingly crucial role in the existence of libraries. The library users can get an 24-hour access to the resources without being in a library. To ensure the existence of libraries besides being educational resources, space efficiency inside libraries needs to be necessarily improved to create the area for people to use the spaces in libraries.  Libraries need to provide co-working spaces for more activities, provided based on needs of library users. The flexibility in multi-use space and space design are topic of great importance in order to develop imagination of library users, create innovations, build friendly and comfortable work environment
