บทคัดย่อ

          คู่สมรสที่มีความเข้าใจถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ จะช่วยให้หญิงตั้งครรภ์ สามารถปรับตัวต่อบทบาทการเป็นมารดาที่ดีได้ การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบเจตคติต่อการตั้งครรภ์ของคู่สมรสหญิงตั้งครรภ์ ทั้งก่อนและหลังใส่ชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลองและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ คู่สมรสของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรกที่มารับบริการที่แผนกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลโคกเคียน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการตั้งครรภ์ และแบบทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลอง ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.81 และ 0.86 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที

          ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ย ของเจตคติต่อการตั้งครรภ์ของคู่สมรส โดยรวม หลังการทดลองสวมใส่ชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลอง มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนประสิทธิภาพของชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลองภายหลังการสวมใส่ชุด โดยรวม พบว่า ด้านอารมณ์และความรู้สึก กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็น มีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (=3.90, S.D=.481) ส่วนรายข้อ รู้สึกต้องแอ่นหลังมากขึ้น มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในระดับมาก (= 4.27, SD.= 640) และด้านการนำเครื่องมือไปใช้โดยรวม พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (= 3.71 , SD. = .521) และรายข้อพบว่า การเคลื่อนไหวหรือเปลี่ยนอิริยาบถใกล้เคียงกับการตั้งครรภ์จริง มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในระดับมาก (= 4.27, SD. = .521) จากการวิจัย มีข้อเสนอแนะให้นำชุดตั้งครรภ์จำลองไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนทางการพยาบาลเรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านจิตสังคมของหญิงตั้งครรภ์และบทบาทการเป็นมารดาและนำไปใช้ในแผนกฝากครรภ์ตามโครงการโรงเรียนพ่อแม่ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจต่อสภาพร่างกายที่เปลี่ยนแปลงของหญิงตั้งครรภ์

Efficiency of the Pregnancy Simulator and

Husband’s Attitude towards their Wives’ Pregnancy

Abstract

          Husbands who have a better understanding of the physical and emotional changes of their wives during pregnancy are more likely to better enhance their wives to adapt to their roles of a mother. This study aimed to compare husband’s attitudes to pregnant women before and after wearing the pregnancy simulator and to test its efficiency. The sample consisted of 30 husbands of pregnant women attending the care services division at the local Health Promotion Hospital, Tambol Kok Kian, Amphur Muang, Narathiwat Province. Data were collected using attitude’s pregnancy and efficiency of pregnant Pregnancy simulator questionnaires which obtained reliability test by Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.81 and 0.86, respectively.  Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-tests.

          The results generally showed that the mean score of husband’s attitude to their wives’ pregnancy after wearing a pregnancy simulator obtained higher score than that of before the experiment which was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The efficiency test was found to have an impact on emotion and feeling after wearing the pregnancy simulator. The high mean score were on arching back (= 4.27, SD=0.435) and application of the model that was concerned to physical movement and it physical change closely to the factual pregnancy (= 4.27, SD. = .521). The results suggest the use of a pregnancy simulator for teaching psychosocial changes of pregnant women and the roles of a mother and should be used in school projects, departments, and antenatal care for better understanding about the physical changes of pregnancy.
