การรับรู้สุขภาพและพัฒนาการทารกในมุมมองของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรก

บทคัดย่อ

      การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Descriptive  qualitative method) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการ รับรู้ของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและพัฒนาการของทารก โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกร่วมกับการสังเกตพฤติกรรมของมารดาวัยรุ่นในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในเขตจังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นกลุ่มมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกจำนวน 12 ราย ที่มีบุตรอายุแรกเกิดถึง 6 เดือนและบุตรมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงดี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเนื้อหาที่ซ่อนอยู่ในข้อความ (Latent content analysis) ตามแนวทางของ Graneheim และ Lundman  และใช้วิธีการสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลตามแนวทางของ Lincoln and Guba ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการรับรู้ของมารดาวัยรุ่นมี 3 ประเด็นได้แก่ 1) การรับรู้ความหมายของสุขภาพและพัฒนาการของทารก 2) สิ่งที่เอื้อต่อพัฒนาการของทารก และ 3) พฤติกรรมการดูแลทารก  ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาบริการเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและพัฒนาการของทารก

Perceived Health and Infant Development Among First Time

Teenage Mothers

Abstract

      The aim of this descriptive qualitative study was to describe teenage mothers’ perceptions on health and infant development. In-depth interviews and observations were employed at Primary Health care centers in Phetchaburi province. Participants consisted of twelve first-time teenage mothers who had a healthy baby aged 6 months or younger. The data were analyzed using latent content analysis following Graneheim and Lundman. Data trustworthiness was performed based on the guideline of Lincoln and  Guba. Three main themes emerged from the data analysis: 1) perceived definition of health and infant development, 2) infant development facilitating factors, and 3) infant care behaviors. The findings provide basic understanding about health and infant development. Future research in health and infant development in other aspects are suggested.other aspects are suggested.
