Abstract


Self-cyberbullying is one of several mental health problems of people in the digital age that we have to concern and prevent that problem. Because self-cyberbullying is a new mental health problem that we are not familiar therefore, both adolescents and parents should understand about the causes, effects, and preventions for helping to reduce that severity of that problem in the future.
