Manuscript Preparation Guide


Text Format


Manuscript template is available upon request. The manuscript should be prepared using a text processing software such as Microsoft Word for Windows. B5 size paper is recommended. Page layout margins should be 2.54 cm. on all four sides.


Manuscript components



  1. Title should be concise, specific, and informative. It should be located in the middle of the page.

  2. Abstract should be between 150 and 300 words. It should be provide a concise summary of the key points of your paper. Abstract must be typed with the normal style using Arial size 9 point.

  3. Keywords relevant to the work presented in the manuscript should be listed below the abstract. Three to five keywords should be provided. And keywords must start with a capital letter.

  4. Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to these guidelines. Text should be typed with the font of Arial, size 9, justified and single-spaced throughout. All texts, tables and figures must be within that area of the page. The manuscript should include research background, literature reviews, methodology, data analysis and some statement of your academic contributions. The author(s) may wish to include acknowledgement, which must be placed at last after references.

Photographs


Original photographs should be clear with highest resolution and are appropriately inserted along the text.


Graphs


Several packages can produce nice-looking and professional graph presentation. Some also provide curve-fitting functions which are quite useful.


Acknowledgments and References


Acknowledgments should be as brief as possible in a separate section prior to the references. References should be numbered sequentially and these numbers should appear in brackets throughout the text. Referencing in manuscripts must follow the style of APA (American Psychological Association). Detail of such referencing can be consulted at https://www.apastyle.org/. We recommend the author(s) to use the referencing menu (Reference) in Microsoft Word for automatic formatting.
