Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the level of the performance according to the role of village health volunteers under health management village, and 2) to investigate the factors affecting the performance according to the role of village health volunteers The sample was 130 peoples of volunteers public health Healthcare Hospital village, Tambon Healthcare Hospital Ban Nong Kin Phen and Tambon Healthcare Hospital Pak Kut Wai. Tools used in research were the questionnaires which consisted of alternative choices, true or fault choices, 3-rating scale, and
5-rating scale. Statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi Square test, and Spearman rank correlation coefficient.

The research findings were as follows:

  1. The performance level of the performance according to the role of village health volunteers, there were found that,
    1.1 The knowledge of performance according to the role of village health volunteers was at a very high level.
    1.2 The perception of self-efficacy in the performance according to the role of village health volunteers was at a very high level.
    1.3 The social support from health officials was at a very high level.
    1.4 The relationship among village health volunteers, local leaders, and health officials was at a very high level.
    1.5 The performance according to the role of village health volunteers was at a very high level.
  1. The factors affecting the performance according to the role of village health volunteers was at a medium level.
