บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดต้อกระจกและความสามารถของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจก ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลครอบครัวตามรูปแบบความเชื่อการเจ็บป่วยและกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจกที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไปที่เข้ารับการรับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจกใส่เลนส์แก้วตาเทียมครั้งแรกโดยใช้วิธีระงับความรู้สึกเฉพาะที่ที่รักษาโรงพยาบาลพระจอมเกล้า จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และครอบครัวผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจก จำนวน 120 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง  โดยมีการแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 60 คน แต่ละกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจกจำนวน 30 คน และครอบครัว 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความสามารถในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดต้อกระจกและแบบสอบถามความสามารถของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา paired t-test และ independent t-test.


          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลครอบครัวตามรูปแบบความเชื่อการเจ็บป่วยมีค่าเฉลี่ยความสามารถในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดต้อกระจกและค่าเฉลี่ยความสามารถของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจกสูงขึ้นกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือนำโปรแกรมสามารถไปประยุกต์ใช้กับผู้ป่วยโรคต้อกระจกเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนต่อไป
