สุขภาวะทางใจของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย: จากแนวคิดสู่การปฏิบัติ

บทคัดย่อ

          การดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้ายเป็นภาระที่หนัก มีความยุ่งยากซับซ้อน ผู้ดูแลจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ ถ้าผู้ดูแลไม่สามารถปรับตัวกับบทบาทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปได้ จะส่งผลกระทบด้านลบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล ทำให้เกิดความเหนื่อยล้า ความเครียด วิตกกังวล เบื่อหน่าย เกิดความทุกข์ทางใจจนไม่สามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยต่อได้ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอสุขภาวะใจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้ายและเสนอแนวปฏิบัติในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาวะทางใจโดยนำแนวคิดของเพนเดอร์ (1996) มาประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลมีสุขภาวะทางใจที่ดีสามารถดูแลตนเองและจัดการกับเรื่องต่างๆ ในชีวิต รวมทั้งสามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยได้โรคมะเร็งระยะสุดท้ายได้อย่างเหมาะสม
