ความสามารถพื้นฐานในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของประชากรในเขตการท่องเที่ยวชายแดน

บทคัดย่อ

วิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระบบพื้นฐานของเครือข่ายสารสนเทศในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดนครพนม (2) ศึกษาความพร้อมในการใช้เครื่องมือสารสนเทศของเจ้หน้าที่ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดนครพนม และ (3) ศึกษาความพร้อมในการใช้เครื่องมือสารสนเทศของประชาชนที่อาศัยประจําใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว จังหวัดนครพนม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้พื้นฐานและความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ของเจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชนในจังหวัดนครพนมมีความรู้ในระดับปานกลาง มีความพร้อมในการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตผ่านโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่หรือแท็บเล็ตในการค้นหาข้อมูลในระดับสูงมาก ปัญหาที่พบส่วนใหญ่คือไม่มีสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตจึงไม่สามารถเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสูง จึงควรมีพื้นที่ให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ตและทําแผนที่แสดงจุดให้บริการแก่นักท่องเที่ยว และศึกษาถึงการพัฒนาและความชํานาญในการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในรูปแบบต่างๆ ของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ เมื่อถึงประตูสู่อาเซียนBasic Capabilities in the use of Information Technology by the People in Border Tourism

The purpose of this research were (1) to study basic system of information network in tourist attraction in Nakhon Phanom, (2) to study the readiness in using information equipment of the officials who worked in tourist attraction in Nakhon Phanom, and (3) to study the readiness in using information equipment of the people who lived near the tourist attraction in Nakhon Phanom. This was a survey research. The research instrument was questionnaire.

The statistics were Mean, Standard Deviation, and Percentage. The result of the research found that the basic knowledge and capability in using computers of the officials and the people in Nakhon Phanom Province was in medium level. The readiness in using internet through mobile phones or tablets in searching for information was in high level, but still lacked of knowledge instruction. Most problems were not having internet signal; thus, they could not learn how to use new technologies, and having high expense in using various kinds of technologies. Therefore, they should study about the service area of using internet in order to make a model or map showing the service points of using internet for tourist in those tourist attractions, and also study about the development and the skills in using information technology in various types of the people in tourist attractions for the readiness of the coming ASEAN community.
