CRITICAL THINKING INDICATORS OF EXECUTIVE IN NURSING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

The purpose of this research was to study critical thinking indicators of executive in nursing educational institution. There were two steps in the development of the indicators. Step 1: The synthesis of the critical thinking factor of the executive in nursing educational institution is divided into 2 sub-steps. Analysis of the documents relating to the critical thinking of executive in nursing educational institution and interviews 6 experts in the field of executive in nursing educational institution by purposively selected. Analysis of data using content analysis. Step 2: The development of the critical thinking indicators of executive in nursing educational institution is divided into 2 sub- steps. Sub-step 1 is the drafting of the critical thinking factors and indicators of executive in nursing educational institution. By synthesizing data from step 1 and examining the critical thinking indicators of executive in nursing educational institution. The focus group discussion was conducted by 9 experts in group discussion. The instruments used in the research were group discussion papers and group discussion notes. The researcher constructed the IOC value of the group discussion record. Group recordings is between 0.6 to 1 and analyzed by content analysis of qualitative data to improve the quality of the indicator to be more complete.
The research found that the critical thinking indicators of executive in nursing educational institution consisted of 5 factors and 48 indicators as follows: 1) The ability to identify the tentative agreement consisted of 10 indicators; 2) The ability to deduction consisted of 8 Indicators; 3) The ability to Interpret consisted of 11 indicators; 4) The ability to evaluate arguments consisted of 11 indicators; and 5) The ability to inductive consisted of 8 Indicators.
