Abstract

This research combines quantitative and qualitative research 1. to study the needs of tourists in 6 communities in Bangkok, 2. to compare the needs of tourists in 6 communities in Bangkok. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data with a sample group of tourists, the number of 400 people using a formula of Yamane and the number of each community is 66 people, using statistics analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test and One-Way ANOVA.


           The study indicated that the demand for tourism elements in 6 aspects: beauty and uniqueness, cleanliness and orderliness, marketing promotion, physical environment, safety and the process of service is at a high level. The top tourists in the group were the beauty and uniqueness of the community. The second is the physical environment, cleanliness, service process and security. Product component part; overview of demand in tourism products were a very high level; the most demanding side is the cultural show. Secondary needs are tradition. As a result of the research, community development guidelines should be defined as sustainable tourism communities. Encourage people in the community to plan and improve the community as a sustainable cultural tourism community. Provide insight into the needs of tourists visiting the community, understanding the service to tourists, maintaining the physical environment of the community
