Abstract

The study was 1.to study the level of internal supervision administration on learner quality standard in secondary schools of Nakhon Sawan province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 42, 2. to study the relation of internal supervision administration on learner quality standard in secondary schools of Nakhon Sawan province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 42, and 3.to create regression equation of internal supervision administration on learner quality standard in secondary schools of Nakhon Sawan province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 42. Participants for this study consisted of 316 people. The results were as follows: The internal supervision administration on learner quality standard was at “high” level. The condition of internal supervision administration on learner quality standard was found the high level of optimistic aspects, with statistical significance at .01 level. And The regression equation of internal supervision administration on learner quality standard was generated to an aspect of curriculum development (X1), and an aspect of classroom action research (X2), and an aspect of professional development (X3). The internal supervision administration on learner quality standard in secondary schools of Nakhon Sawan province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 42 could be concurrently predicted at 53.50 percent (R2= 0.535), with statistical significance at .01 level. The regression equation as follows:
