Abstract

The purposes of this research was to find : 1) to study the levels of The administrative is skills of school administrator affecting morale for teacher is work performance in elementary school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 3, 2) to study the relationship between the promotion of The administrative is skills of school administrator and morale for teacher is work performance in elementary school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 3, 3) to created predictive equations from the resulted promotion of The administrative is skills of school administrator to morale for teacher is work performance in elementary school under phetchabun primary educational service area office 3. The 325 samples used in this study were administrators and teachers in elementary school under phetchabun  primary educational service area office 3 . Instrument to this research was a questionnaire about Administrative skill to morale at work. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and  multiple regressions.


The findings revealed as follows:


1) Administrative skill of morale at work of teacher in elementary school under phetchabun  primary educational service area office 3 were overall at high levels.


2) Administrative skill of morale at work of teacher in elementary school under phetchabun  primary educational service area office 3 were positive.


3) The creation of Administrative skill in elementary school under phetchabun  primary educational service area office 3 (0.01) was created by five  variables of morale at work of teacher.
