THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR COMPETITIVE HIGHLY SCHOOL UNDER DISTRICT OFFICE SECONDARY EDUCATION REGION 42

Abstract

This research aims to: To develop of Effective Management Model for Competitive Highly School Under District Office Secondary Education Region 42 There are 3 steps in the study area under District Office Secondary Education Region 42: 1) study of Effective Management Model for Competitive Highly School Under District Office Secondary Education Region 42, there were 339 samples. 2) Creating an effective management model of highly competitive secondary schools. Using 15 for expert-based techniques and 3) evaluating of Effective Management Model for Competitive Highly School Under District Office Secondary Education Region 42 The sample size was 80 persons which research findings are of Effective Management Model for Competitive Highly School at the high level (X= 3.82) and the most demanding (X = 4.90) of Effective Management Model for Competitive Highly School to developed was of high quality in terms of accuracy and appropriateness. At the highest level (X = 4.86) And the results of the overall evaluation showed that the format was feasible. And the benefits were at the highest level            (X= 4.87).
