Abstract

The purposes of this research was to find : 1) to study the levels of the work motivation among personnel of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42,                2) to compare the work motivation among personnel of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42 by personal factors, 3) to study the relationship between the work motivation among personnel effectiveness of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42, 4) The work motivation among personnel affecting to effectiveness of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42. The 388 samples used in this study were administrators and teachers in schools in Nakorn Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42. Instrument to this research was a questionnaire about of the work motivation among personnel and the effectiveness of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the office of secondary educational service area office 42. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics, inferential statistics and multiple regressions.


The findings revealed as follows:


1) The levels of the work motivation among personnel of schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42 were overall at high levels.


2) Respondents in schools in Nakhon Sawan province under the secondary educational service area office 42 were classified by gender, work Experience and educational background. There are similar opinions.
