ANALYSIS OF LECTURERS' TEACHING EVALUATION RESULTS IN MASTER OF EDUCATION PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION, THE FAR EASTERN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the lecturers' teaching evaluation results in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, The Far Eastern University.  The research population was the lecturers' teaching evaluation results in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, The Far Eastern University in the academic year 2014 and 2015.  The research tools were the recording forms of  lecturers' teaching evaluation results in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration.  The data were analyzed by SPSS program and presented in form of tables with description.  The findings were as follows:  The lecturers’ teaching evaluation results in Master of Education Program in Educational Administration, The Far East University were found that the overall lecturers’ teaching was at a good level. When considering each subject, there were 3 subjects that the lecturers’ teaching was at a very good level ranked as follows: School Administration, Educational Research and Leadership and Educational Change.  The remaining with 7 subjects revealed that the lecturers’ teaching was at a good level ranked as follows: Theories, Paradigm and Process in Educational Administration, Management Skill for Educational Organization Development, Performance Evaluation in Educational Administration, Statistics for Innovation Research, Academic Administration, Ethics and Education Administration and Leadership Development.
