Abstract

This research is aimed at to study the need for Create and develop a functional competency model Including the experiment and evaluation A functional competency model for Revenue Department: Human Resources Officer. This research are Research and development By group discussion to study for Training need for competency development And bringing the results of the study to create and develop the model And bring the model to be tested and evaluated To find the quality of the development model By experimenting with the sample group In order to evaluate the reaction of trainees with the program at a high to the highest level. After the end of the experiment with learning achievement higher than before the experiment with statistical significance at the level of .05 and the assessment of durability After 90 days of training, it was found that learning achievement was not significantly different at the level of .05. Evaluated by the supervisor found that the behavior of the trainees After 90 days of training, it was higher than before using the training program at the statistical significance level of .05 and evaluating the results from applying knowledge to work by the supervisor found the behavior of the trainees in the performance results were appropriate according to the competency at a high level in all 8 competencies.
