Abstract

A Study of Developed Leadership and Work Happiness of Employees in a Private Organization purpose 1). To study the leadership style of working and the happiness of the employees in a private organization And 2). By using quantitative research methods Use survey methods Gather the data from the questionnaire using a sample of employees of a private company.
