Abstract

This study aimed to compare an achievement between training curriculums of food sanitation with self-study and classroom on food handlers in Bangkok area by using cross-sectional survey study.  Sample were food handlers of twelve districts in Bangkok area.  Sample were divided into two groups, self-study and classroom, with purposive random sampling method.  Data were collected using a questionnaire.  Results found that an achievement between training curriculums of food sanitation with self-study and classroom was no difference statistically.
