A SMALL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION MODEL OF DIGITAL ERA TO EXCELLENCE UNDER CHAI NAT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purpose of this research aimed to 1) study a small school administration model of digital era to excellence under Chai Nat Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) develop a small school administration model of digital era of Chai Nat Primary Educational Service Area Office.  The research was mixed method. The population of this research was 111 small schools under Chai Nat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The instruments used in collecting the data were an interview form and a questionnaire.  The data were analyzed by way of using frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. The administration of the digital era to excellence under Chai Nat Primary Educational Service Area Office shown that the digital technology was used in the management information for school management.


2. A small school administration model of digital era to excellence under Chai Nat Primary Educational Service Area Office consisted of 4 elements: 1) the digital technology development to be high quality and can be received work very fast and covered all of aspects, 2) the personnel development to have knowledge about creating and using digital technology widely both computer and smart phone application, 3) the support of administrator in the aspects of personnel development and digital technology usage, and 4) the supervision of digital technology about equipment, personnel and application.
