Abstract

The purposes of this study were to develop and verify the appropriateness of the The development of training courses to enhance leadership of teachers in learning management for schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The study was divided into 2 phases. The  study Related theories and research was carried out in the first phase, and performance examination of training courses to strengthen teacher leadership In learning management in the second phase. Sample group consisted of 5 experts. Statics used in tool quality verification ware IOC, percentage, Standard Deviation (S.D.).


          The study yielded the following results : 1. The development of training courses to enhance leadership of teachers in learning management for schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary             Education Service Area Office 3 comprised of  5 major component namely 1) principles and rationale, 2) curriculum objectives, 3) content structure, 4) training activities, 5)


measurement and evaluation. The component of leadership of teachers in learning management  comprised 1) knowledge about leadership and leadership development, 2) art of communication, and 3) Team development for efficiency 2. The verification result showed that the appropriateness  of the  A Development of training courses to enhance leadership of teachers  in learning management for schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was at the highest level.
