บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนการผลิตเส้นไหมกลุ่มผู้ปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหม บ้านโคก ตำบลเนินยาง อำเภอคำม่วง จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตเส้นไหม ศึกษาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนการผลิตเส้นไหม และศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคการผลิตเส้นไหม โดยเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหม จำนวน 50 ราย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ และอัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มผู้ปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุมากกว่า 50 ปี การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตเส้นไหมส่วนใหญ่ 0-5 ปี แหล่งเงินทุนส่วนใหญ่จากทุนส่วนตัว ต้นทุนผันแปรต่อผลผลิตเส้นไหม1 กิโลกรัมเท่ากับ 1,215.41 บาท ประกอบด้วย ค่าแรงเลี้ยงไหมจำนวน 449.94 บาท ค่าแรงสาวไหมจำนวน 300.08 บาท ค่าแรงเก็บใบหม่อนจำนวน 281.25 บาท ค่าปุ๋ยเคมี จำนวน 49.95 บาท ค่าถ่านจำนวน 44.97 บาท ค่าพันธุ์หม่อนจำนวน 29.17 บาท ค่าแรงเตรียมดินจำนวน 25.04 บาท ค่าแรงปลูกหม่อนจำนวน 25.04 บาท และค่าน้ำต้มสาวไหมจำนวน 9.97 บาท ตามลำดับ ผลตอบแทนจากเส้นไหมพุ่งกิโลกรัมละ 1,700 บาท และมีอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุน เท่ากับ1.49 ซึ่งมีค่ามากกว่า1 สรุปคือมีความคุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน

 

The purposes of the study of the analysis of cost and returns of the silks production of the sericulturists at Khoke Village, Noen Yang sub-district, Kham Muang district, Kalasin province were : 1) to study the processes of silks production 2) to study the cost and returns , and 3) to study the problems and obstacles The samples were 50 sericulturists. The research instrument used in collecting the data was interview. The statistics used in analyzing data were percentage and Benefit Cost Ratio : BCR.

The results revealed that almost of the sericulturists were female. They had the average age of 50, the average educational level of primary school level, and the average experience of silks production of 0-5 years. They had their own capital for doing sericulture. The variant cost per one kilogram of silks was 1,215.41 which included the fee of feeding silkworm as 449.94 baht, the fee of silks production as 300.08 baht, the fee of mulberry leave harvest as 281.25, the fee of fertilizer 49.95 baht, the fee of charcoal as 44.97 baht, the fee of mulberry plants 29.17 baht, the fee for land preparation as 25.04, the fee for mulberry plantation, 25.04, and the fee for boiling water for the silks production as 9.97 baht. The returns from one kilogram of silks was 1,700 baht and the Benefit Cost ratio was 1.49 which is more than 1. This could be concluded that it was worth investing in sericulture.
