The purposes of this research are to study Activities with happiness in the organization (AHAO) and Generation that affect happiness within work (HAW). The sampling group in this research is workers in Thai Tobacco Monopoly, Ministry of Finance. The sample sign is 353 workers from 2,951 workers and using questionnaires as the research tool. Statistics in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficiency, Multiple regression analysis, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA).
The results of this research were as follows: The level of satisfaction of AHAO and The level of HAW are at high level. The relation of AHAO have positive influence on the HAW and there are 4 activities from 8 activities that influence on the HAW are Happy Body, Happy Heart, Happy Brain and Happy Soul. There are no difference on the comparison of AHAO and Generation that affect HAW at a significance level of 0.05
