Factors Affecting Academic Administration Effectiveness of Southern Rajabhat University according to the opinions of teachers

Abstract
This research aim to study the factors Affecting Academic Administration Effectiveness of Southern Rajabhat University according to the opinions of teachers. The sample are professors of 5 in Southern Rajabhat Universities, include: 1) Phuket Rajabhat University 2) Surat Thani Rajabhat University 3) Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University 4) Songkhla Rajabhat University and 5) Yala Rajabhat University. The sample of 510 people. Use multi-step sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire created by the researcher from 5 experts. Find the reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach,s alpha reliability coefficient. The reliability of the whole, equal to .967. The data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.
The result revealed that: factors Affecting Academic Administration Effectiveness of Southern Rajabhat University, including 1) Educational Quality Assurance 2) Measurement, evaluation, and transfer 3) Teaching and learning to develop 21st century learners 4) Management and professor development 5) System and mechanism for curriculum improvement 6) Development of teachers and promotion of learning resources and Measurement and evaluation and 7) Promoting media sources, innovation and technology. By the Educational Quality Assurance Is the most important factor affecting the academic administration effectiveness of Southern Rajabhat University (Beta = .302) and followed by Development of teachers and promotion of learning resources and Measurement and evaluation (Beta = -.195) The seven variables can explain the variance of academic administration effectiveness of Southern Rajabhat University, region by 50 percent (adj.R2 = .504) with statistical significance at the level of .001 and with standard error in the predictions .30288
