Satisfaction Performance for Small and Medium Enterprises Product Sector in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study effects of supplier selection factors on performance satisfaction of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) product sector in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 100 SMEs.  The collected data was analyzed by frequency, percentage and multiple regression analysis. The study found that quality of raw materials and delivery of raw materials have effect on performance satisfaction in quality of finished goods. While price of raw materials have effect on performance satisfaction in cost. the relationship between suppliers and buyer and production capacity of suppliers have effect on performance satisfaction in meet customers’ needs. Including the service of suppliers have effect on performance satisfaction in internal process.
