Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1 to study the issue. Barriers to effective management of Buddhist Scripture School of Management. General Education Division 2 Group 2 to develop a management model for the effective management of the Buddhist Scripture School. Department of Education. Group 2 and 3 to offer educational administration model of effective management of the Buddhist Scripture School. Department of Education. Group 2. By quantifying Collected data from a sample of 439 teachers and students form of qualitative research . Storage of highly qualified and expert interviews number 14 / person and focus groups Focus group Discussion No. 9 / person. then analyzed the data using statistics include percentage . mean . standard deviation t. -test Research Result State Administration of effective management of the Buddhist Scripture School . Considering it was found that the high level of the four aspects of academic administration.
