Abstract

The purposes of this research were to : 1) to develop of multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic on development and printing–system to meet the efficiency criteria of 80/80         2) to evaluate the quality of multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic by the experts to meet the efficiency criteria.  3) to study the achievement of using the development of multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic before and after learning.  4) to study the effectiveness of development of multimedia.  5) to study the opinions toward the multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic.


          There was the sample consisted of 17 students of the third years students in in educational technology and computer education program faculty of education at Mahasarakham University. The employed research instruments comprised the multimedia; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic on development and printing-system, the quality evaluation of multimedia, the achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing, the achievement test for during the study and the opinions toward the multimedia. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Results of the research were as follow:     


1. The multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic has interact with video motion-graphic on development and printing had its efficiency higher than the criteria. (80.85/83.24)                  


2.  The multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic has interact with video motion-graphic on development and printing was the most of quality  ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.52, S.D. = 0.62).                        


3.  The achievement test after learning was higher before learning at .05 level of significance.                  


4.    The effectiveness index of students were 68.66 (E.I.=0.6866)                                                           


5.    Students had opinions that The multimedia ; E-book has interact with video motion-graphic has interact with video motion-graphic on development and printing was high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.37 , S.D. = 0.54)
