ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)  ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 2)  เสนอแนวทางที่สามารถเป็นไปได้และเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 รวมทั้งสิ้น 702 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยที่คาดว่าจะส่งผลต่อคุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 มี 5 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา คุณภาพของครูผู้สอน การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและผู้ปกครอง การนิเทศการศึกษา และการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคุณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า มีเพียง 3 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา ได้แก่ งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ และการบริหารจัดการที่ดีมีประสิทธิภาพ รองลงมาตามลำดับคือ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารมีภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ผู้บริหารมีวิสัยทัศน์ และผู้บริหารมีการบริหารจัดการที่ดี ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของครูผู้สอน ได้แก่ การปฏิบัติตนตามบทบาทและหน้าที่ การพัฒนาตนเอง และแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน

2. แนวทางที่สามารถเป็นไปได้และเหมาะสมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 คือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดน ควรให้ความสำคัญใน 3 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของครูผู้สอน หากปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ด้านนี้ ได้รับการสนับสนุนหรือได้รับการพัฒนาจากหน่วยงานหรือบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการกำหนดนโยบาย ก็จะส่งผลให้คุณภาพนักเรียนของโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนในสังกัดกองกำกับการตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนที่ 33 สูงขึ้นไปด้วย

FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF STUDENTS OF THE BORDER PATROL POLICE SCHOOLS UNDER BORDER PATROL POLICE SUB–DIVISION 33

This research was aimed 1) to study the factors affecting quality of students of the Border Patrol Police Schools under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33, 2) to suggest the possible and appropriate guidelines for developing the quality of students of the Border Patrol Police Schools under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33. The research instruments included interview and questionnaires. The data was collected from 702 respondents consisted of school administrators, teachers, grade 6 students, school boards and parents of The Border Patrol Police Schools Under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33.

The research findings were as follow;

1. The expected factors affecting the quality of Students of the Border Patrol Police Schools Under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33. consisted of 5 namely, the quality of school administrator, the quality of teachers, the participation of community and parents, the education supervision, and the management of education resources. When the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analyses were performed, it was found that there were only 3 affecting factors which consisted of (1) the most powerful factor, namely, the management of education resources which included the budgets, the equipment’s and the effective management of education resources, followed respectively by. (2) the quality of school administrator which included, the transformational leadership, the vision of administrator and the effective management of administrator, (3) The quality of teachers which included the performance of their roles and functions, the teacher self-development, and the working motivation.

2. The possible and appropriate guidelines for developing the quality of students of the Border Patrol Police Schools Under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33 were that the concerned authorities of The Border Patrol Police Schools should pay special attentions to 3 following affecting factors; the management of education resources, the quality of school administrator, and the quality of teachers. If these 3 factors were concerned by the Administration Office of The Border Patrol Police and the concerned authorities who were policy makers, this will bring good results to the quality of students of the Border Patrol Police Schools under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 33.
